Marsha Yuan

Marsha Yuan was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and trained at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City.

Marsha represented Hong Kong and China in the Miss World pageant 1999. Since then, she has appeared in a variety of television broadcasts and shows.

Marsha has participated in many theatre productions including The War of the Genders, The Sound of Music (as Maria), Fertility Goddess, Hong Kong Nocturne, Annie (as Grace), Musical Moments, Ninja Turtles in Tollywood, and The Briefcase. She represented Asia as a soloist in the international production of The Andrew Lloyd Webber Gala in Estonia. She was also a part of the Troika, Nederlander, and Broadway Asia touring cast of "42nd St" in Shanghai.

She has starred in various movies including, Sex and Love, The Snake Charmer, Men Suddenly in Black, Long Hu Ying Xiong and most recently in Men Suddenly in Black 2. She guest starred in an Italian production called The Counting House and has made appearances in various action movies. Marsha released a jazz/pop album in Mandarin, and has performed in many of her own jazz/cabaret style concerts. This is the fifth successive year that Marsha has participated in Musical Moments.
